Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing the Shopify app, connecting Google, or using the website, you confirm you have authority to agree on behalf of your business and that you will comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business or organization. You are responsible for ensuring use of the service complies with applicable laws.

Service scope

The service provides analytics summaries, insights, and video recaps based on data you connect. We are not a full-service agency and do not place ads on your behalf.

Third-party services

Your use of Shopify and Google services remains subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or data loss caused by those services.

Privacy

Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you also agree to that policy.

Fees

The service is currently offered without a paid plan during beta. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before charges apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Insights are informational and you remain responsible for business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts paid by you to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service, revoke Google access, or uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or security risk. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law grants you another venue. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain any mandatory protections of your country of residence.

Changes

If we make material updates to these Terms, we will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

Accounts and security

• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
• You authorize us to access Shopify and Google data through the scopes you grant; you may revoke access at any time.
• You are responsible for actions taken under your account and for the accuracy of data you provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or access data you are not authorized to access.
• Respect third-party terms (including Google and Shopify) and all applicable data protection laws.
