These Terms govern your access to and use of Intern Charlie, including our website, our Shopify app, and the Google and Meta connections you authorize. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
By installing the Shopify app, connecting Google, or using the website, you confirm you have authority to agree on behalf of your business and that you will comply with these Terms.

The service reads the Shopify, Google, and Meta accounts you connect and turns them into analytics, reports, advice, and video recaps. Meta access is read-only: we do not create, edit, pause, or pay for advertising, and we are not an agency acting on your behalf.
Figures shown in the service come from the platforms you connect, measured the way those platforms measure them. Meta-reported conversions, revenue, and return on ad spend use Meta attribution, which we do not independently verify and which will not always agree with your Shopify numbers. Where we combine sources, the result is directional. Check material decisions against your own records.
Insights, advisor answers, and video recaps are generated automatically from your connected data. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not financial, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you take, and you should verify generated content before relying on it or publishing it.
Your use of Shopify, Google, and Meta remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, and you must keep those accounts in good standing. We are not responsible for third-party outages, permission changes, or data loss caused by those services, and a platform may change or withdraw the access our integration depends on.
Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you also agree to that policy.
The service is currently offered without a paid plan during beta. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before charges apply.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Insights are informational and you remain responsible for business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts paid by you to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the service, revoke Google or Meta access, or uninstall the Shopify app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, or if a platform withdraws our integration. Data handling after termination, including how to request deletion, is governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law grants you another venue. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you retain any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
If we make material updates to these Terms, we will post the new version with an updated date. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
